Colour accuracy


We have made every effort to make the colours on screen as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on screen colour to the colours of the actual products and the colour appearing on screen should not be relied on as being such. Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Applicable law


The Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, or your use of the Site, (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Papua New Guinea.

The courts of the Papua New Guinea will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, use of our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access this website (this/our Site). This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our Site. Your use of our Site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this Acceptable Use Policy, which supplement our Terms of Use.
